Love them!!

So soft and comfy. I wanted a baggier look so I ordered a size up and I’m glad I did. These shorts go with everything!

Poor quality

The reason why I wanted to support tentree in the first place is because they are an ethical and sustainable brand, but the durability is unfortunately not there. They were quite confortable though for their short lifespan.

I sized up because the reviews said they were too small with no stretch, but I found they fit loosely, with a stretchy elastic waistband, and are made to be able to cinch tighter. True to size, but could probably size down if you have high hips, a small waist, and want an even tighter fit. Great quality.

True to size. I ordered a Medium in another colour because the reviews said they were too tight, but I found size small are still roomy.. I could have even sized down for a more fitted look. Other reviews also said that they have no stretch, but the tightest part of the shorts are a stretchy elastic waistband. They are comfortable, flattering and great quality.

Sizing discrepancy

I purchased two pairs of these shorts in different colors. Previously, I purchased a size small which I found to be a bit fitting for what I wanted. So this time I purchased both colours in medium size. When I received the shorts, each colour fit very differently, even though both were labelled as a size medium. I took pictures which clearly showed the sizing discrepancy between the garments. One colour fit me well while the other was very large. I emailed the company with my concern and someone did get back to me advising one colour was from an older sizing model. They told me I could exchange or return the shorts for no additional fee. I sent an email back Asking how I could proceed with the exchange. No one responded to me after this. A week later I sent a follow up email asking how to proceed with the exchange at no fee. Again, no one responded to me. I am no left with a pair of shorts that do not fit me and it is outside the exchange/return window. The shorts that do fit me I really like. But I would not order again from this company due to sizing inconsistency and poor customer service.
